- Emilio MI brought in my 328i (recently bought) I was skeptical at first since I don’t trust many mechanics. Michael in the other hand, I can confidently say he’s a genuine, transparent and caring for his work. I had to replace the bushings which my previous mechanic told me I had to change the whole control arm. Michael explained to me the bushings was the only thing that needed to be changed and the control arm was new. Bushings were changed and I passed the inspection, saved me a couple hundred dollars. Went back yesterday, I needed a new transfer case seal and change of fluid which everything went well and at a reasonable price. Huge thanks to Michael! Will be coming back.
- Jasmine RI had a fantastic experience here!!! Took my Mercedes CLA250 in 2 days ago to fix a broken A/C. I dropped it off around the time they opened, went to work, and received a phone call from them with a thorough update on what was initially causing the A/C to fail. They also replaced my ambient air temperature sensor, which for some time was reading -40 degrees. Mike is very professional and honest and I'm very happy I brought my car here. I finally have cold air again!!! I'll definitely come back here in the future.
- Graham WSo we are just beginning the relationship- but I gotta say how impressed I am. We called from the interstate as a new “used” car we were driving into the Metro area started to give us some concerns. (2010 VW Passat) Mike helped us in that decision making to keep going, and we scheduled a time to get the car in this coming week for diagnostics, I am concerned about computers and transmissions!!! We are dealing with my son’s new car and need an honest fair mechanic for him for the long-term. Mike has followed up and provided me the assurance I need to work with him. When you find a good mechanic, they are like gold. He can’t control problems with the car, but to help us out when things go wrong at a fair price...Priceless!
